职责描述：1. 根据教学内容、学生实际情况和学生的认识规律，精心设计教学程序；2. 耐心研究教学方法及课程内容、授课过程，根据教学大纲研究考试方向和考试知识点，定期举行评教；3. 根据学生不同基础、不同需求规划学习方案；4. 及时了解学生成绩及心理变化，适时调整和优化教学手段并做好课外辅导；5. 在授课期间适当组织测验活动，检验学生接受辅导的成效，并做出教学质量分析；6. 参加本学科教研交流，研究和选择先进的教学方法；任职要求：1. 全职中教：能使用中英语授课， 有国际学校相关教学经验；2. 熟悉A-Level课程体系， 并有该体系下相关学科教学经验尤佳；3. 本科及以上学历；4. 英语六级；
