岗位职责：

CNC programming 数控机床编程。

Design and prepare product drawings, operations sheets, process instructions, FMEAs, and process flow diagrams.
设计和准备生产图纸，作业单，工艺指令，FMEAs以及工艺流程图。

Work with quality assurance in developing control plans.
同质量一起制定控制计划

Design all necessary tooling and fixtures required for product manufacture.
设计产品制造中所必需工装卡具。

Integrate new products into the manufacturing system.
将新产品合并到生产系统中。

Provide manufacturing support on equipment, tooling, and processes.
为设备、模具和工艺提供生产支持。

Provide engineering assistance to the tool crib and tool room in the tooling/fixture manufacture.
为模具/工装卡具的生产的工具箱和工具库提供工程帮助。

Establish bills of material,routings, and production rates and enter data into business computer system.

建立材料的清单，生产路径以及生产率，并将数据输入到计算机系统。

Stay abreast of the latest technology advances in manufacturing.
保证生产中应用最新生产技术。

Review customer drawings and inquiries, determine manufacturing methodology and rates, material requirements.
审核客户的图纸，决定生产方法，效率以及材料要求。

Provide cost data for quotation.
为报价提供成本核算

Establish product function and critical characteristics for the customers application.
确定产品功能和关键特性以适应客户应用要求。

任职要求：

1. Bachelor or above in mechanical

机械专业本科或以上学历

2. English should be at least at the level of normal conversation. The person should be able to understand technical English

英语至少能够满足日常交流，能够读懂技术英语；

3. Min. 2 years working experience in related area of manufacturing factory with solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience & skill。

2年机相关加工领域工作经验，具备良好的技术基础和实践经验和技术。

4. CNC working experience is must, including program developing, parts introducing

必须具备数控工作经验，包括程序的开发及新品的导入

5. AutoCAD skill required.
