Responsibility:
- Use multiple channel to sourcing executive level passive candidates;
- Update recruitment management system Avature timely;
- Candidate CV screening, interview, evaluation, presentation;
- Candidate interview arrangement and follow up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 3-5 years senior researcher experience in well known search firm.
- Successful recruitment record in the field of Manufacture, Real Estate, Investment, Management Consulting, General Management Functions, and etc...
- Good global business acumen, structured thinking, innovative.
- Demonstrated ability to establish a strong partnership with the senior candidates.
- Good experience on candidate interview and evaluation.
- Excellent Multi-task skill.
- Ability to build the confidence of others through open communication and respectful behavior.
- Passionate on the recruitment as long term career path.
- Good communication and influence skill, fluent English both orally and written.
