岗位职责：
1．定期与学员交流
· 通过电话、邮件或者微信，给新学员做入门指导，协助学生安装上课平台；
· 每月定期搜集学生下月排课诉求；
· 与学生交谈，了解学生对课程的满意和接受程度，针对学生的学习方法、学习进度和学习内容进行个性化的跟进服务；
· 负责监管学生上课，如遇学生或者老师由于网络问题等原因导致无法准时上课，应及时协调与处理；
· 及时在教务系统上更新学生档案，包括学生的相关信息和材料；
2. 定期跟外籍教师沟通
· 了解学员的学习情况；
· 根据外教和学员的时间协安排课程；
· 督促外教完成每周课堂报告和教学计划；如遇外教未及时完成反馈，及时与外教沟通并督促完成；
3． 定期回访学生家长
· 向家长和学生反馈学员学习情况；
· 每月月底给家长发下月课表；
· 及时翻译外教为学生做的学习反馈和教学计划，通过邮件和微信群发给家长和学生；
· 提前沟通了解家长的增减课要求，并及时通知相关排课人员和外教老师；
· 了解家长对课程的意见和建议，及时反馈，并与外教交流改善教学质量；
4． 负责内部的协调工作和跨部门的沟通工作
· 与留学顾问沟通或反馈学生情况，以及配合留学顾问改进或者调整学习进度；
· 面临学员、家长和外教老师的任何变动情况的时候，及时通知部门相关人员，如遇无法解决的问题，及时向上级汇报；
· 及时了解学生的课程进度，配合留学顾问一起帮助完成续费；
· 向家长介绍转介绍政策，促进转介绍业绩。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，有留学经验者优先；
2.英文听说读写优秀，在工作中可用英文精准沟通，语法错误少；
3.形象气质佳，请提供个人照片；
4.较强的解决问题能力，能从多个维度有逻辑的提供解决方案；
5.优秀的人际沟通技巧；
6.为高端客户提供高品质的专业服务；
7.做事细心，认真踏实；
8.能够随时查收并及时回复家长或者学生信息
