Job description
Develop and explore business opportunities,maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers.
Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team
Work closely with Service line and solution team for technical and commercial proposal
Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement

Requirement
35 to 45 years of age
Software Engineering Degree
Early career was with MNC and in software development roles,later moved into technical project management or presales role
Had experience working with Chinese SOE or Private companies (as FTE or as consultant)
Out going personality and excellent social communication skills
Must have:
Technology service delivery experience.To internal customers is acceptable
Consulting experience.
Demonstrate understanding of technology architecture principles and show example of thought leadership and influencing business decisions
Speak Chinese and English fluently
Software Engineering background and min of 5 years of software development experience
Demonstrate understanding of Agile development method
Demonstrate software development proficiency in web and e-commerce related projects in the past.

Programming language skills: PHP, Java, .Net
Nice to have:
Experience with main stream database technologies; Oracle, SAP, Microsoft and Open Source
Experience with implementing Hybris and/or Magento
Experience on integrating with third party payment gateways
Retail industry experience
