General Responsibilities:
Maintain, monitor and improve business controlling system across the organization to ensure business development in a balanced and sustainable way. Provide different functions strong support with professional expertise in commercial and Finance area. In the mean time, He/She will be full responsible for overseeing risks from end to end in whole business process: business pre-acquisition, contract signature, production, service and cash collection. Details responsibilities include:
1)Lead company long-term and short term planning for cooperate strategic and operation decision; review monthly/quarterly report and conduct variance analysis to ensure business in line with plan;
2)Ensure Sales& Marketing activities in line with related cooperate policy, process and system, evaluate and manage commercial risks in bidding/Contract negotiation Phase, and take necessary contra-measurement in phase of project execution. Monitor Sales& Marketing key performance index (i.e. Revenue, Gross Margin, A/R and Inventory etc.) and drive Sales and Marketing to take necessary actions.
3)Provide financial support for OPS organization (Manufacturing, Supply chain, and R&D) including standard cost and variance review, inventory control, non-conformance cost control, operation cost& expense analysis and process optimization. Monitor operation performance and delivery pre-warning to OPS management take appropriate and timely decision to manage opportunities as well as risks.
4)Effectively control service cost/Project implementation cost via providing on-time financial report, deep analysis, and valuable proposal. Assist management to identify opportunities for cost-out, efficiency improvement and quality management.
5)Closely monitor and control R&D expense to be in line with budget. Cooperate with related function head to take necessary actions for cost saving and allocate related resource to drive corporate R&D project development.
6)Team lead, coaching and training.
Requirements:
1)Master or Bachelor Degree, preferable in Finance/Accounting or business administration.
2)At least 5 years managers’ experience in controlling and budgeting in Manufacturing company, familiar with financial analysis, risk management and business controlling.
3) Good communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders. This Controlling Head will frequently communicate with different function heads and be able to influence related stakeholders with professional knowledge and skills.

5)Be able to work in fast pace environment handling multi-tasks under pressure
6)Fluent written and spoken English skills. Familiar with ERP system, preferably with expertise of SAP implementation.
