Roles and Responsibility：
1.Project acquisition:
1.1Cover both Sales & Project Management
1.2Be first point of contact for customer
1.3Cover development and testing projects
1.4Prepare project led by Senior manager and support by Technical team,incl technical content, project
2.Technical and commercial negotiation of contract
2.1Support contract details with customer; liaise with company departments concerned
2.2Attend commercial discussions with customer;
2.3Get contract details agreed and ready for signature
3. Managing Project
3.1Managing project basing on the PM process
3.2Manage the technical content of the project by leading the technical team
3.3Responsible for project budget
3.4Responsible for project timing, gateway delivery, technical delivery, etc
3.5Responsible for running projects; ensure customer payments according to schedule
4. Closely cooperate with Marketing team for market and customer information: feedback data and information for analysis;
5. Prepare and hold presentations at customer visits, conferences, seminars, etc.
6. To introduce work scheme to new project employees
7. Other tasks that assigned by superior
Requirement:
1. Bachelor and above degree in Engineering (Automotive engineering is preferring)
2. At least three years engineering working experience in powertrain area in China Auto industry
3. PM and OEM experience is a plus
4. Working in foreign company or in Joint Venture Company is a plus.
5. Profound knowledge about transmission and powertrain technology; Understanding of transmission and automotive market in China
6. Basic understanding of vehicle technology;
7. Good business acumen; good knowledge of Sales process in China (for engineering consultancy)
8. Strong presentation and negotiation skill;
9. Strong project management skills; understanding of project management techniques
and methods; PMP is a plus
10. Fluent English
11. Very convincing; professional appearance; impresses people;
12. Can take pressures;
13. Leadership skills; can motivate, inspire and lead a team (in particular non-direct reports)
14. Structured, coordinated, organized working approach;
15. Ability to focus on key issues.
