一、职责描述 Key Service:
1、新产品工装模具设计，主导项目和首批生产（分析、成本、设计、模拟/测试、实施、改进、决策（内购或外购）、文件编制、控制、建议、完成）
Production tool design ，lead the project and FMP(analyzing, costing, designing, simulating/testing, implementing, improving, deciding [internal or outsourcing), documenting, controlling, recommending, closing)
2、负责新产品图纸的发放（与客户确认，创建内部图纸、正式发放）
Responsible for the release of all the drawing of new product (confirm with customer, build the internal drawing , release )
3、完成产品工艺流程、设备工艺、夹具设计/开发、工艺文件编制/培训、工艺/设备/夹具的分析、执行、完善和控制、SAP数据的创建/维护/控制（主数据、物料清单、路径）；产品生产图纸管控；
Fulfill tasks as a process engineers in terms of product flow process, machine process, tool design/development, process documentation/training, process/machine/tool analysis + implementation + improvement + control, SAP engineering data creation/maintaining/controlling [Master Data, BOM, Routing], Schunk Production Drawing。
4、制定详细的新产品计划，并定期开会协调，确保新品的顺利生产。
Make the detail schedule of new product and have the regular meeting to coordinate the team in order to finish the product smoothly.
5、协调处理新产品运行出现的问题，作出决定并反馈给销售部门和项目组
Coordinate all the issues in NPI running process, make decisions and supply feedback to Sale department and project management.
6、协调QA作ISIR及PPAP数据收集
Coordinate QA in data collecting of ISIR and PPAP
7、处理（工艺、设备、夹具等）工艺相关的问题，分析根本原因，提出跟进改善方案
Process related problem solving (process, machine, tool) root cause analysis and action plan development with control function and documentation)
8、协助完善制程检验过程，处理质量相关工作
Support IPQC process and fulfill related task as an outcome from Quality issues
9、协助维修部门相关工作，提出合理的设备改善方案
Support the maintenance team in their duties, develop maintenance concepts if necessary
10、对生产管理的投资项目提出合理建议Support the production management team in terms of investment decision
11、与客户、供应商、海外公司之间的技术合作和沟通
Cooperating with customer, supplier, overseas companies
12、协调工程的修改和执行
Coordinate the Engineering Change Request and implementation
13、编制和修改工艺流程，为成本计算提供依据
Process preparation & verification for cost calculation
14、为一线员工提供工艺相关工作和产品流程的培训
Train the employees on the shop floor in terms of process orientated functions, tasks and product flow issues
15、及时有效地完成上级交办的其他工作
Complete other tasks on time and effectively assigned by superiors

二、任职资格Qualification:
1、教育水平 Education
本科以上学历 Bachelor degree or above，理工科专业 Major in or Engineer & Science
2、操作技能 Skills/abilities/competencies
良好的沟通能力 Good Communicate skill
良好的项目管理 Project management skill
熟练操作计算 Skillful computer operation (SAP, CAD/SolidWorks/Pro Engineering)
3、工作经验 Working Experience：
5年以上机械或相关工业工作经验（有受电弓经验更佳） 5 years Mechanical, Machine design or production process experience.
4、岗位资质 Position Certificate
熟悉ISO9000、ISO14000及TS16949体系 Familiar with ISO 9000 / ISO 14000/ TS16949
了解所辖区域所有工站的制程，可解决一般机台的问题点并有能力熟练操作机台
Know all the related workstation procedure, is general machine trouble-shooter and skillful on machine operation
较强的独立思考能力及创新能力 Strong abilities with independent mind and innovation.
