FOLLOW-UP PROJECT by organizing and validating all necessary steps leading to project completion : control and measurement means realization, capability study, make FMEA, make all documents necessary for production, packaging study, components and product supply, Full Speed Day, ERP codes management (if any).

CLOSE PROJECT by checking the conformity between received documents and project targets : Instruction sheet, Control plan, Production follow-up, tracability records, packaging records, machine journal… before handing over to Maintenance or Production department

PILOT PROJECT TEAM by identifying everyone’s responsibility and through review meetings make sure tasks are on time or issues solved.
