职责描述：
1、深入现场对生产过程中存在的焊接质量问题准确判断并及时解决
Finding and solve the welding quality problems immediately during the working time.
2、分析影响焊接质量因素，查找根本原因，预防改善，提高焊接质量
Analyze the factors that affect the welding quality to find out the root cause, through the preventive maintenance and improvement to improve the quality of welding.
3、PM系统维护，主数据建立，包含设备BOM，维修策略，计划，任务清单等
PM system maintenance, set up the master data, including equipment BOM,maintenance strategy, plan and task list and so on.
4、完善备品备件清单,规划焊接相关备件的安全库存
Improve the spare part list and plan the safety stock about the relevant parts..
5、收集及核对焊接相关资料，负责焊接夹具图纸、焊机手册、焊接工艺、参数调整记录、垫片记录等资料管理
Responsible to collect the welding related documents, check and manage them.
6、开展设备TMP活动
Carry out TPM activities.
7、开展焊接相关的培训工作
Carry out the welding related education.
8、支持ME开展新设备导入工作，并提出改善建议并协助推进实施
Support ME during early stages of the project, to find negative and improve it.
9、学习PLC及机器人相关知识，并具有一定的处理相关问题的能力
Learn the knowledge of the PLC and robot, and have the ability to deal with the related problems.
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历, 电气、自动化类相关专业优先
Bachelor degree and above, Electrical, Automation or other related major priority.
2、英语水平良好，具有较强的读写能力
Good English skill, both spoken and written.
3、有3年以上焊装车间相关工作经验
More than 3 years of related experiences in the Body shop.
4、熟悉焊接相关质量标准，焊接工艺，能在项目前期提出有效意见及建议
Understanding of the welding quality standards and welding process, effective advice can be made in the pre-project.
5、熟练掌握点焊、凸焊、MIG/CO2焊等相关知识，影响因素分析，参数调整及质量改善
Proficiency in the spot welding, projection welding and MIG/CO2 welding, the factors analysis, parameter adjustment and quality improvement.
6、具备调试机器人轨迹的能力
Enable to adjust the robot trace.
7、必须要有团队合作精神，保证沟通是开放直接和清楚的。
Must be a good team player. Ensures communication is open direct and clear.
8、以结果为导向。可以在压力下工作。
Result orientation. Can work under the press.
