Support on all training programs, and make post-training summary to promote learning culture
支持各类培训活动，通过撰写学习总结推广公司学习文化
Follow up the development plan of college students from “Campus Recruitment”
跟进大学生管理发展项目
Assist L&D manager in the assessment and improvement of the existing programs
协助培训经理评估并不断改善现有学习项目
