Our client is a Global Fortune 500, also an industrial company.

Based in Shanghai and as a key member of Staffing COE (Center of Excellence), this role will be accountable for managing the recruitment activities for a business unit in China.

Key responsibilities:

1.Full life-cycle recruiting support of engineering candidate pipelines for various functional area.
2.Develop strategies to target and recruit candidate pool using a variety of traditional and innovative tools and techniques such as industry events, online networking tools, technology forums and publications and alumni etc.
3.Design, build and implement innovative recruitment channel programs.
4.Identify strategic sources for talent and measure results of each source.
5.Build strong relationships with candidates and interact with them over long periods of time.
6.Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process from sourcing candidates; qualifying candidates to position requirements for current and future opportunities; candidate assessment and hiring recommendations.
7.Work collaboratively with other BU Recruiting Managers, Recruiters at COE to ensure efficient information sharing such as talent information, interview notes, progress tracking, best practices and lessons learned.
8.Maintain relevant and accurate candidate data using system.
9.Interface with other recruiters and staff to meet established goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1.University Degree.
2.Recruitment related experience in a similar business environment.
3.Relevant experience sourcing candidates through a variety of means including job fairs, job boards, networking, referrals and or other Web 2.0 methods including Linked in or other technology forums.
4.Proven track record of managing multiple tasks or projects.
5.Good power point and excel skills.
