职责描述：
1.Follow AkzoNobel HSE policy& requirements. Manage Vendors’ HSE performance in line with AN safety requirement.遵照阿克苏诺贝尔HSE各项政策制度
2.Vendor management by execution relative training, meeting and coaching to improve the performance by keeping with cost spend down awareness, leader vendor performance assessment process. 供应商管理， 相关安全培训， 辅导以便提高他们的工作
3.Collaboration with procurement department to renew contacts for ADM related vendor and development new vendor in possibility. 与采购协作处理行政相关合同
4.Take Communication role for Multi-site with responsible for Multi-BU communication perspectives.
在基地内发挥沟通传媒作用
5.Be responsible for organizing site important meetings and events covers different BUs/ SBUs
协调组织基地内重要会议及活动
6.Organize whole MS scope activity to meet different stakeholders’ requirement and try to optimize.
满足基地内不同利益相关方，并不断优化
7.Work closely with CIM to continuously improve process, procedure or any possibility to optimize.
保持持续改善意识，不断优化
8.Give training to new employees related to ADM function. 新员工的行政相关培训
9.Assist GPA& Admin manager to accomplish other work related to ADM, and be backup as Manager function. 协助经理处理行政相关事宜， 并作为必要时的代理人
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree, administration or management related major; 本科及以上学历，行政管理相关专业
2.More than 3 years working experience as senior/ supervisor in administration function are preferred; 3年以上工作经验
3.Be able to work under pressure and independently; 有抗压性及独立工作能力
4.Good in planning &problem solving, well organized capability;有良好的计划性，解决问题的能力，组织能力
5.Acute agility to people (including foreigners; 良好的应对能力及应变性
6.Good communication and interpersonal skill ;良好的沟通能力
7.Good oral and written English skills ; 流利的英文口语及写作
