Responsibilities：
AS new products development and design
- Make the preparation for new product development, incl. development plan, prepare the technical document;
- Participate in sample making, and collect the data during the process as head quarter requested; analysis the test data of samples, propose the improvement measures; track the samples and report the progress for sample making at the end of month;
- Complete the new product’s technical document and sample report;
- Calculate the product cost and control the cost;
- Track the PPAP of new product with sales; get the customer’s approval before mass production;
- Maintain the product data in SAP;
- Draw up the products’ technical documents;
Customer complains handling in technical part
- Coordinate with quality engineer for conducting the customer complains;
- Communicate with customer effectively.
AS products improvement
- Improve the production process and give continual improvement proposal.
Communicate with head quarter effectively
Others
- Participate in environ. Aspects audit in production process;
- Obey the EMS requirements, such as office garbage assort and collect, energy saving etc.
Qualifications：
- Bachelor degree, major in Science and technology.
- Over 2 years’ experience on product design.
- Familiar with the production process, technical understanding.
- Know well about the products knowledge and product application.
- Training on project management, FEMAPPAPAPQPDOE and product knowledge etc. Good command on English.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, MS office, MS Project and SAP software.
