职责描述：
Your responsibilities
Lead the SHA Controlling Team and oversee the Controlling Functions Operational Management, Financial Management and VC Management
Enhance and develop existing Controlling processes, tools and reports to foster “business insight generation”.
Provide fair and independent analysis with focus on potential cost savings and process improvements (SHA)
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of (costing) reports, including monthly, weekly reports, etc.
Support the monthly, quarterly and annually closing together with accounting team
Lead all budgeting and forecasting activities
Build a new investment management framework with optimized IT support. Setup improved investment reviews and monitoring processes and structures
Ensure VC Management is best in class and continuously improving to reflect ongoing plant cost changes for improved accuracy
Support and manage special ad-hoc projects
Develop the Controlling Organization into a Business Partner for all internal and external stakeholders
Form a strong link with related departments from Group HQ as well as CHQ
Jointly identify with peers across AT&S best practices and manage joint implementation. Ensure processes between SHA and CHQII are aligned and follow identical routines
