职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage the preparation and maintenance of payroll data/payment/filing to the highest levels of accuracy and performed timely;
•Ensure related tax and payroll compliance;
•Prepare or review various reports to meet clients’ needs on timely basis;
•Maintain good relationship with clients and reply client queries in a sufficient way;
•Assists the Manager to prepare client payroll manual and internal documentations for clients;
•Coach junior team members and review their work;
•Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
•Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or Accountancy or any related disciplines is preferred;
•At least 3 years of solid experience in payroll operations;
•Well-versed in local country employment ordinances, tax practices and pension and related ordinances;
•Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
•Previous experience in sizeable professional firms will be an advantage.
