3.Responsible for delivering and receiving packages, insure to hand over to related person, update daily record form, send tracking no and manifest to related person.
负责收发包裹，包裹递交到对的人，负责收发记录，和跟踪记录。
4.Responsible for ordering office supplies, check price and choose better good with lower price.
负责订公司文具等，负责供应商的选择，（有竞争力的价格）
5.Responsible for collecting admin invoice, check monthly charge, apply payments
行政部门的发票，负责检查发票的正确和真实性，基于此，请款。
6.Responsible for the tidy of reception area
保持前台区域的整洁度
7.Responsible for daily maintenance of office facilities.
