PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
1.Coordinate Packaging Development Activities 包装材料开发
a)Independently working on the NPD project and other packaging relevant project from packaging perspective.
从包装的角度，独立工作于新产品项目及其它与包装有关的项目。
b)Select the proper the packaging format & material for the new projects, which match with the brand & product’s needs.
对于新项目，选择合适的包装方案和材料以满足品牌及产品的需要。
c)Drive proper testing activities for New and Existing Packaging Materials items investigating mach inability, product protection and stability。
对新的及现有的包装材料采用恰当的试验来确保其机械性能，防护性能和稳定性
d)Validate together with M&E suitability of new packaging machinery
与制造工程部协作，验证新材料的上机性能
e)Provide suitable and detailed testing result and report to be shared with relevant Departments
向相关部门提供必需和详尽的测试结果和报告
f)Drive the development of Packaging Items test methods and relevant testing SOPs
负责开发评估包装材料的检测方法及相关的SOP。

2.Layout Development support and color management 包装材料平面设计支持与颜色管理
a)To prepare TD in co-operation with engineering on automatic packaging material. To prepare TD independently on manual packaging material.
与工程部协作，制订自动化包装材料的技术图纸， 以及独立制订非自动化包装材料的技术图纸。
b)Check layout of new packaging items as provided by Marketing Department (Technical Drawing, suitability of packaging machine, etc.)
检查市场部提供的包装材料的平面设计，包括技术图纸及设备适应性能。
c)Check printed samples (colors, photocell, etc.) and feedback to Marketing in case of potential issues
从技术角度，检查市场部打样稿（如色差和电眼等），并就潜在问题反馈给市场部。
d)On-site color approval with digital measuring instrument according to standard from Selection.
根据来着Selection的标准利用数字式测量工具进行现场颜色批准。

3.Selection and Evaluation Packaging materials suppliers 选取和评估包材供应商
a) Assist Supply Chain in Selection and Evaluation of Packaging Materials suppliers by means of Audits.
协助供应链部选取、评估、审核包装材料供应商。
b)Drive the technical confirmation for the packaging material from the new packaging supplier.
负责新供应商提供的包装材料的技术确认。

4.Provide info and Document to other Departments 向其他部门提供信息和文件
a) To draft Technical Specifications for Packaging Materials items, supported by proper documentation (Supplier Technical Data Sheets, Color Tolerance, etc.)
参考供应商的相关技术文件，制订公司的包装材料技术规格
b) To initiate package BOM preparation and relevant information for cost analysis.
提供BOM所需包材数据及成本核算相关的包装材料信息。
c) To draft packing process SOP and standard.
制订成品的包装工序的标准操作要求及质量标准。
c)Upload and input data or comment in work platform such as SAP, PDR, Workflow and Webcenter, etc.
在工作平台如SAP， PDR， Workflow 和Webcenter等上上传数据或评估。

5.Others 其他
a)Provide support service to daily production operation in relation to packaging process and quality improvement
在日常生产过程中协助改善包装流程及包装材料质量。
b)Propose cost saving projects for packing materials in a rational quality/cost level.
在维持包材质量的前提下，研究成本降低的可行性。

任职资格；
1. 本科以上包装相关专业毕业，具备专业包装材料知识，熟悉AutoCAD绘图软件
2. 四年以上包装开发经验
3. 良好的跨部门交流协调能力和项目管理能力
