职位描述
General Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for daily customer service and operation issues , team management and oTMS Super user
Detailed Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality of services to customers to maintain the existing business
Be responsible for team and functional P&L, secure the existing business with a health profit
Know how to use dedicated transport system, oTMS, to monitor the on-going business and be sure the daily date will be uploaded into system on time and accurately
Manage and control vendors’ operations on daily basis
Conduct regular and irregular meeting with vendors for operations reviewing, identify the key issues and solutions for problem solving
Work with VM for vendor selection, evaluation, deployment and the monitoring
Conducts new-comer and on-the-job training to staff to maintain consistent service levels
Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department
Establish team spirit of the team, be an example for the team members
Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets
Align company business target to determine performance targets for the function
Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness.
Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities.
Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective function.
Develop IKOs/KPIs within team and monitor individual performance
Conduct performance appraisals, including coaching
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
