1、根据公司计划开拓市场，发掘客户，完成销售任务；
2、维护客户关系,挖掘客户的需求，为客户提供专业的广告投放服务；
3、负责与客户进行谈判、合同签订、执行以及后续相关服务；
4、基于行业和市场环境，收集信息，协助公司进行市场调研，提出建设性意见；
5、具备良好的执行力，能够细致的落实公司的各种政策；负责向客户解释最新政策并准确处理客户的意见,做好客户服务跟进工作。
职位要求：
1、大专或以上学历，2年以上广告销售经验，且有稳定的广告客户资源者优先；
2、2年以上销售管理经验；
3、头脑灵活，思路清晰，有创新意识，具有很强的协调和沟通团队能力；
4、人品端正，有职业操守。
