职位描述
职责描述:Trussardi is looking for a Junior HR Manager, based in Shanghai. The Junior HR Manager will support the Global MD and the Global HR Director (based in Milan) in designing, developing and implementing company’s policies and regulations related to human resources functions in local offices and stores across Asia including selection and recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development and employee relations in order to support business plans as well as achieve overall employees’ satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and manage the selection and recruitment processes;
•Support in the establishment and implementation overall human resources infrastructure, processes, policies and procedures in compliance with corporate HR policies ;
•Provide employees attendance records;
•Perform daily payroll department operations;
•Manage communications regarding new hiring, terminations, extensions and conversions from temporary to permanent contracts;
•Prepare periodical HR Administration reporting;
•Support and promote the training and development of employees by designing, developing and implementing programs;
•Review and recommend compensation and benefit programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, and in compliance with the local legal requirements;
•Support in the management of the budget in relations to compensation, benefits, training and HR issues;
•Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience in Asia countries in all HR key disciplines including Selection and Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management
- Experience in retail company would be an advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English (Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage)
- Proficient use of personal computers including Microsoft Office Software
