Responsibilities:
• Report directly to CEO/COO and manage a team of projects executives in the Architecture Department
• Manage and coordinate China retail shop-fitting projects
• Prepare and manage project costing and budgeting
• Achieve and maintain standardization and corporate identity for all China stores.
• Prepare work instructions/orders and submit drawing to main contractor and architect
• Work with interior designers for designing and renovation of retail stores
• Prepare and submit renovation plan in accordance to China regulation
• Attend site meeting prior to project implementation including coordinating on-site installation work, supervising on-site installation etc
• Liaise and coordinating with related parties (e.g.: contractors, suppliers, business partners etc) on shop fitting progress
• Perform quality check and proper handover upon completion of project
• Achieve project completion deadlines
• Perform administrative duties like ordering of materials, planning of delivery schedules for materials to be shipped to China for renovation works, managing quotation, costing, filling etc
• Advise Accounts Department on progressive billing


Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Building or equivalent
• Familiar with Architectural Drawings
• Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works and fit-out works
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Good negotiation, coordination and project management skills
• Proactive and meticulous
• Previous retail or space planning experience preferred
