职责描述：
1.Process the SW/Appl related product charms and trigger the software patch based on the charm analysis guideline. / 处理已发布产品相关的软件及应用Charm（Conduct CCB）；并根据相关的流程分析并触发软件补丁项目。
2.Process the customer complaints together with DCU as the proxy and interface of R&D/作为研发的接口和代表，和DCU一起处理客户的抱怨。
3.Process the IB related hot topic with R&D teams /作为研发的接口和代表，和其它部门处理IB的Hot topic。
4.Feedback the IB insight to R&D/MK/CS as the input for the strategy development/不断提高对产品的了解和洞察，并反馈给研发/市场/客服作为未来的方向指引
5.Collection/Maitenance/Monitoring/Analysis/Report on the IB data/产品数据的收集、维护、监控、分析和报告
6.Develop/Maintenance/Manage IB realted tools/与产品流程相关的支持性工具的开发、维护和管理
7.Improve the related process and practice continually /持续流程改进
8.Support other department by supplying specified IB data collection and analysis/ 基于其他部门的需求提供特定的产品数据收集和分析服务
9.Track state-of-the-art technology and drive technology update (Senior and above) / 跟踪前沿技术（高级工程师及以上级别适用）
任职要求：
Work Experience/工作经验:
1. At least 3 years R&D development experience / 至少三年研发开发经验；
Perferred experience on oriented software engineering in C++/C# for large software system or hardware engineering including mechanical/electrical/controlling fields. / 有在大型软件系统中面向对象开发, 或者硬件开发领域（包括机械设计/电子设计/控制技术）经验者优先；
2. With big data analysis and process experience / 有大数据分析，处理经验
3. Perferred experience on medical equipement./有医疗设备开发背景优先。
Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience/其他知识/技能/经验：
1. Good communication and coodination skills/具备良好的沟通技能和协调能力
2. Capabilities to operate in foreign cultures /能在外国文化中工作
