主要工作Main missions:

- 建立并管理涂装车间后勤组的日常工作，例如：工业工程，人事招聘，培训，人机工程/安全，成本控制，工作流程，ISO体系等。
Set up and manage the Paint Shop Support Team, that incudes functions for: Industrial engineering, Hiring/HR, Training, Ergonomic/Safety, Cost control, Work Processes, ISO etc.
-建立，统一并管理涂装车间的整体预算，包括：必要的人员配置，设备及工艺等。
Set up, align and manage the total Paint Shop Budget including all necessary personnel, equipment/ process.
-负责每周例行以及每月例行的部门状态跟踪工作，包含：部门花费成本的监督并时时对比预算，以确保部分费用的合理性，对于需要更高管理层参与解决的涉及本部门的问题事项及时进行汇报。
Weekly and monthly follow of the fund spending VS the budget and escalate problems.
- 和人事部的同事紧密合作跟踪涂装车间的人员状态，包括：招聘需求，新员工培训，涂装车间老员工的相关事项。作为涂装车间协调员角色负责：团队交通，员工考勤，午餐休息计划等。
Keep track of the HR situation in Paint Shop, and care for the HR related questions with HR organization as hiring need, training of new and old employees in BS related areas, be the paint shop’s coordinator Paint team transportation, staff presence /absence, lunch break planning, etc.
- 作为涂装协调员的角色负责：标准化所有的涂装工作流程，并跟踪及确保涂装车间能够按照已经生效的标准执行日常工作。
Be the Paint shop coordinator for standardized work process and secure that Paint shop follow agreed standards.
- 确保工作场所的人机工程和安全的正确性。
Secure that workplaces are safe and ergonomic correct.
- 确保涂装车间日常个人防护用品的使用。
Secure the daily use of PPE in Paint Shop.
- 作为涂装车间代表负责涂装车间标准化工作包含常规审计（例如ISO）
Be the Paint shop representative for standardized work including regular audits (e.g. ISO)
负责培训和指导员工的持续改善工作。
-Responsible for coaching and guiding the staff to continuously improve operations.

任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
A)基本要求 Basic Requirements：
-技术或经济专业大专学历
Technical or Economic college degree or equivalent experience.，
-英文熟练的听说读写能力
Fluent in written and spoken English
B) 工作经验要求Working Experiences Requirements：
- 至少6年管理经验，汽车行业涂装车间管理经验优先
Management experience of minimum 6 years, preferable from paint shop of vehicle industry.
C) 其他技能要求Technical Skill Requirements：
- 良好的计算机技能，包含微软Office软件操作，表格制作，SAP并对于IT生产系统具有基础知识。
Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Excel, SAP and preferably a general
knowledge of production based IT systems
- 熟悉制造工厂精益管理体系，看板管理，JIT等。。。
Familiar with lean manufacturing, pull system, kanban, JIT…
