work with R&D to develop new process flow as per the recipe modification

study and find solution on process improvement to reduce the operation cost

lead the technical engineers to meet the project target and process upgrade requirement

化学工程/化工设备本科以上毕业 技术要求：熟悉化工工艺，特别是批生产。熟悉化工自动化。了解化工厂的设备如泵、搅拌、包装机、研磨机等， 熟练运用MS office and CAD，Visso软件 工作经验：从事化工企业相关行业技术工作8年以上 ,有工艺改进工作经验者优先。 英语良好。"
