工作职责:
根据集团的总体战略以及全球直销事业部的整体规划，对全球区域及分公司的日常营运、新店建设、授权店规范管理、固定资产管理等制定相关标准制度和流程，并监督执行，以提高分公司以及授权店的整体营运管理水平、提升企业形象展示能力；提升固定资产的管理水平、节能降耗。

1. 制定海外区域店铺发展规划

2. 搭建海外分公司营运平台，制定筹建、迁址、关停并转相关标准，并为上级领导的决策提供可行性建议

3. 建立授权店管理标准化管理体系并监督执行

4. 建立天狮海外店铺装修管理体系并监督执行

5. 制定并执行资产合理配置办法，建立并梳理资产管理台帐，提高资产利用率

Duties and Responsibilities:

Making and executing standardized systems and procedures on the routine operation of regional centres and branches, construction of new stores, management of authorized distributors and management of fixed assets in order to promote the overall operational management level of the authorized distributors and the performance of the enterprise images according to the overall strategy of the HQ and the overall arrangement of the Department of the Global Direct Selling Business. Reducing energy assumption and promoting the management level of fixed assets.

1. Making plans of development of overseas regional stores;

2. Establishing operation platform of overseas branches; making standards of establishing, relocating and closing down; providing feasible suggestions for supervisors’ decision-making;

3. Establishing and executing the standardized management systems of authorized distributors stores;

4. Establishing and executing the standardized management systems of decorations of overseas Tiens Stores;

5. Making and executing reasonable deployment strategies of assests; establishing and managing the accounts of assets; promoting asset utilization ratio.




任职资格:
学历 本科,管理类相关专业, 35岁以上

Requirements:

1. Bachlore Degree or above of Management or relative majors;

2. Candidates must be at least 35 years old.

1、有较强的管理能力、抗压能力、协调能力、沟通能力、驾驭能力、决策能力、创新能力和执行能力；

2、工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维；

3、具有较强的工作热情和责任感；

4、至少熟练掌握一门外语，以英语为佳。

1. Good abilities on management, coordination, communication, controlling situations, decision making, creativity, execution and working under pressure;

2. Working carefully and rigorously; having strategically planning ability;

3. Being enthusiastic and having responsibilities on the job;

4. Candidates who can use at least one foreign language, especially English, are preferred.

1、在企业运营规划领域有深厚的理论功底和丰富的运作经验；

2、精通项目管理，并有独立实施项目管理操作的成功经验；

3、熟悉直销行业动态及运营发展趋势；

4、熟练操作使用办公软件；

5、有丰富直销经验者优先考虑。

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Abundant theoretical knowledge on enterprise operation and planning field; highly experienced on enterprise operation;

2. Having good command of project management and have successful experiences on executing project management;

3. Good knowledge of current situations and trend of development of Direct Selling industry;

4. Good MS-Office skills;

5. Experienced candidates in Direct Selling industries are preferred.
