岗位职责：
1、负责网站前端页面的设计、改版、更新。
2、处理前端页面的浏览器兼容性问题。
3、协助进行用户体验设计。
4、负责网站的CSS、JS和总体框架维护。
5、负责网站页面的载入速度的优化工作。
6、配合公司运营推广要求，对网站进行SEO优化。
任职要求：
1、深刻理解W3C标准，精通HTML/XHTML、DIV+CSS、PS切图，熟悉页面架构和布局。
2、熟练掌握JavaScript和jQueryt框架，了解Ajax以及Json等数据交换格式，能独立制作页面脚本或特效脚本。
3、熟练使用Photoshop、Dreamweaver和Flash等工具软件，对交互体验、可用性、易用性和用户体验有实际的了解和实践经验。
4、熟悉页面性能的优化，能解决各种浏览器的兼容性问题（IE、Chrome、Firefox、Opera、Safari、。
5、熟悉HTML5和CSS3。
6、3年以上工作经验，有大型网站工作经验者优先。
