主要负责前起落架的整个大修工艺，短短三个月建立起了整个框架并投入生产，并担任前起落架生产负责人，在生产中对项目进行实践和跟踪持续改进。 In charge of whole nose landing gear overhaul procedure, including document review, router prepare ,special tooling design and etc. After threes mouths set a complete structure and performed in shop some time. During this time become nose landing gear team leader, on site monitor and continuous improvement this structure.

负责工卡工艺及特殊工装的设计，根据维修手册编制维修工艺卡，确定部件维修的流程，根据要求设计维修中需要的特种工装，方便拆装测试等。该项目是公司的第一次机型改进项目，为了节省生产成本及缩短生产周期建立的一个项目，基本推翻了以前的项目从基础重新开始，项目结束后不仅大大节省了成本，也使生产周期缩短了2倍多。 Corrected and updated work procedure, the major is router prepare and special tooling design and purchase. After finish this project, finished A320 overhaul, compare with previous, lead time less more than two times and decrease the cost.
