Job Purpose- Deliver & execute the assigned project on time with good quality / cost effectiveness and customer satisf****- Lead technical work during project implementation, including system specification, design, implementation, integration & deployment.- Support ACM to lead pre-sales activity and prepare related technical standard, BOM, system architecture , bidding documents and etc.Key Responsibilities- Complete Project task based on work order- Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisf****- Keep improving self engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team's capabilities- Support Project Manager on technical issues, such as WBS development- Work closely with Project Manager to guarantee customer acceptance- Ensure 100% meet technical items defined in sales proposal in project delivery- Ensure project implementation follows the procedure of LCS standard- Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery- Lead the team to implement project execution, including system specification, design, implementation, integration & deployment.- Delivery of program milestones aligned with customer content, schedule, & quality expectations.- Ensure all work is developed and configured in accordance with established procedures and standards.- Capable of interpreting the customer expectations and sales quotations into a viable system design specification.- Design & develop software / hardware solutionEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferred automation engineering experience- Bachelor degree in Automation/Electrical Engineering.- At least 5 years' project experience with automation products, Control systems, HMI applications.- Bilingual language skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
