During this period, you will develop a solid understanding of products, electrical knowledge, quality management, and operations. After three years, you will be reassigned to roles in design, quality, operations, or other related departments based on business needs and individual development. ● Discover your interests through challenging and impactful tasks and fully integrate into the team while undertaking these tasks. ● Accelerate your growth with comprehensive support from training and development programs, technical training, mentors, and the ABB Discovery Program team. ● Actively participate in various social and team activities, and seize this opportunity to build an extensive network  within ABB. ● Develop your own strengths through regular performance feedback and clear performance goals.During the three-year period, you will work as a Final Test Engineer, mainly undertaking the following responsibilities: ● Conduct product quality inspection for major projects such as renewable energy projects and data centers. ● Support project managers to conduct factory acceptance test for overseas and domestic customers. ● Lead or participate in quality improvement projects.During the three-year period, you will learn and develop the following skills: ● Gain a solid understanding of RMU and Relay protection products, and become familiar with the relevant GB and IEC standards for switchgear. ● Familiarize yourself with and master quality tools and methodologies, such as 5Why, L6S. ● Understand the business processes of various departments within the company.Your ****: 1.
