主要职责:Responsibility for technical feasibility studies for introduction of new ETS components with external suppliers.- This covers the introduction of new ETS components as well as the maintenance of existing ETS components with external suppliers- The feasibility studies shall include the technical cost calculation for qualifying introducing the part (e.g. certifications, testing, specification updates, ect.)- Formal feasibility study reportingComponent qualification of ETS/KTS components, incl. - Component tests and verification according to the PULS internal specifications, incl. creation of respective test reports- Approval of raw materials for magnetics, e.g. bobbin, core, varnishing, etc.- Approval of raw material for PCB and insulation material etc.- Raw material check and verification- Develop, propose and coordinate design changes and improvements between supplier and R&D to achieve best in class and best cost components.- Decision making for the test result of the component based on PULS company standards and processes.- Technical interface between supplier and R&D- Coordination and execution of PPAP in QSYS-APQP for ETS component- Coordination and execution of KTS component approval projectsDefining and implementing Company Standards:- Responsible for supplier related Company Standards for ETS/KTS parts.- Participation for Design Rules for ETS parts.- Participation/Responsible for Test and inspection Company Standards (test specifications) for ETS/KTS part.****native components development for ETS /KTS parts, incl. search for ****native components, investigation and introduction of new technologies for related ETS/KTS partsResponsible for coordination of safety approval updates triggered by ETS component changes (e.g. ETS supplier or design changes).Support of component failure analysis and component DPPM improvements of ETS/KTS componentsParticipation in new supplier ****ion and development (incl. technical auditing, driving quality improvements)技术可行性研究职责负责与外部供应商进行新ETS组件引入的技术可行性研究。覆盖新ETS组件的引入以及现有ETS组件的维护。可行性研究应包括引入零件的技术成本计算(例如认证、测试、规格更新等)。提交正式的可行性研究报告。ETS/KTS组件认证根据PULS内部规范进行组件测试和验证,并生成相应的测试报告。批准磁性元件的原材料,例如绕线骨架、磁芯、浸漆材料等。批准PCB及绝缘材料的原材料。对原材料进行检查和验证。在供应商与研发之间开发、提出并协调设计变更和改进,以实现最优性能和成本的组件。根据PULS公司标准和流程,对组件测试结果进行决策。担任供应商与研发之间的技术接口。协调并执行ETS组件的PPAP流程(QSYS-APQP)。协调并执行KTS组件的认证项目。公司标准定义与实施负责与供应商相关的ETS/KTS零件公司标准。参与ETS零件的设计规则制定。参与/负责ETS/KTS零件的测试和检验公司标准(测试规范)。ETS/KTS零件的替代组件开发寻找替代组件,研究并引入新技术以应用于相关ETS/KTS零件。其他职责协调ETS组件变更(如供应商或设计变更)引发的安全认证更新。支持ETS/KTS组件的失效分析及DPPM改进。参与新供应商选择与开发(包括技术审核、推动质量改进)。招聘要求:本科及以上学历。电子类相关专业。主动元件和被动元件(如MOSFET、二极管、晶体管、电容、电阻、保险丝、继电器、LED)的制造知识开关电源相关知识电子元件测试知识3年以上组件工程师或相关岗位经验对相关规范和行业标准有良好理解,如UL、IEC磁性元件故障分析以成本最优设计组件良好的英语口语和书面表达能力强烈的责任心良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
