Post SpecificationKey Duties and Responsibilities:1. Organize and lead career workshops, activities, and industry networking events2. Establish and maintain partnerships with companies, alumni, and professional organizations to seek cooperation opportunities3. Provide one-on-one career counseling and personalized guidance to students4. Collect, integrate, and analyze employment data review, compile, and publish program employment quality reports5. Collaborate with program directors, CPDO, and external stakeholders to enhance student employability6. Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns within the career development team.Qualifications and Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields2. At least 9 years of relevant work experience, preferably in career counseling, corporate recruitment, or higher education student services candidates with less relevant experience will be considered for a lower entry rank3. In-depth understanding of the job market, especially for graduate students4. Ability to design and deliver career-related courses and workshops5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, faculty, and industry partners6. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives7. Proficiency in office software and career development platforms8. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and presentation skills.
