岗位内容：1、 负责竞品分析与论证，同行产品比较，新产品项目规划及前期论证；2、 负责电机产品的电磁方案设计及参数分析与优化；3、 负责电机电磁仿真、设计,优化,性能测试等工作；4、 相关技术文件的编制；5、参与设计评审、售后技术支持、产品维护与改进等工作。任职要求：1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化等相关专业。2. 精通电机设计及控制原理，熟悉电气自动化控制技术，掌握电机设计软件、仿真软件等。3.有相关伺服电磁电机或异步电磁电机项目经历4. 良好的英文读写能力及口语交流能力。
