职位描述

岗位职责:1. 负责能源行业目标市场分析、竞争对手分析,制定业务计划、价格策略及行业营销方案,整合区域销售资源;2. 主导目标协议的制定和执行,确保公司目标与市场需求保持一致;3. 为大客户提供定制化服务与管理,确保客户关系的稳定与发展;4. 指导和支持当地销售团队开发潜在机会,渗透目标产品线和应用,完成销售目标,提高市场份额,增强公司影响力;5. 参与行业展会、学术交流等活动提升品牌影响力;6. 管理业务数据与文件,推动销售工具使用并遵守公司 SOP;7. 直接上级安排的其他任务。任职要求:1. 3 年以上能源行业相关领域管理经验,熟悉能源行业业务开发流程,有相关销售业务往来经验者优先;2. 本科及以上学历,环境工程、热能与动力、电力系统及电气自动化或相关专业;3. 熟练掌握英语和办公软件;4. 熟悉国际公司组织结构与业务流程优先;5. 优秀的沟通技巧、团队协作能力。Responsibilities:1. Conduct market and competitor analysis in target energy sectors develop business plans, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives integrate regional sales resources.2. Lead the formulation and execution of target agreements to align company ****ives with market demands.3. Provide customized service and management for key accounts to ensure stable and growing customer relationships.4. Guide and support local sales teams in identifying potential opportunities, penetrating target product lines and applications, achieving sales targets, and increasing market share.5. Participate in industry trade shows, academic exchanges, and other events to enhance brand influence.6. Manage business data and documentation promote the use of sales tools and ensure compliance with company SOPs.7. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.Requirements:1. Over 3 years of management experience in the energy industry, familiar with its business development processes prior relevant sales experience preferred.2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Thermal Energy & Power, Power Systems, Electrical Automation, or a related field.3. Proficient in English and MS Office Suite.4. Familiarity with the organizational structure and business processes of international companies is an advantage.5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
