汇报对象 / Reporting to: Deputy Head – Pastoral Care & Boarding岗位目标 / Key Purpose全面负责学生关怀、品格发展及宿舍管理，并与学术团队紧密合作，确保学生在社会情感发展和学业成就上得到全面支持，助力学生实现较好的学习成果。Responsible for student welfare, character development, and boarding management, while working closely with the academic team to ensure students are supported holistically—socially, emotionally, and academically—for optimal learning outcomes.主要职责 / Main Responsibilities1.学生关怀与学业支持 / Student Welfare & Academic Support制定并实施德育及学生关怀体系，营造积极向上的校园氛围。Develop and implement the pastoral ****work to promote student wellbeing, positive behavior, and a supportive school climate.与学术部门紧密合作，识别并消除影响学习的行为和心理障碍。Collaborate with academic leaders and teachers to identify barriers to learning and provide appropriate pastoral support.引导学生形成有效的学习习惯、自律精神和抗压能力，以提升学术表现。Guide students in developing resilience, study skills, and personal responsibility to strengthen academic outcomes.2.寄宿管理 / Boarding Management统筹宿舍日常运行，保障学生在住宿期间的安全、健康和生活质量。Oversee daily boarding operations to ensure safety, health, and quality of life for students.管理寄宿团队，确保学习支持和课余活动均衡开展。Lead boarding staff to provide a balanced program of academic support and enrichment opportunities.塑造积极守纪、自律向上的寄宿文化，帮助学生更好地学习与成长。Build a disciplined, independent, and academically motivated boarding culture.3.安全与合规 / Safeguarding & Compliance落实并监督学生保护、健康与安全政策。Implement and monitor safeguarding, health, and safety policies.建立完善的学生关怀、纪律处理和学业支持记录。Maintain comprehensive records on pastoral interventions, disciplinary cases, and academic support.确保所有工作符合国际学校德育和寄宿的实践标准。Ensure compliance with international best practices in pastoral care and boarding.4.社区与品格教育 / Community & Character Education策划并开展融合品格教育与学术发展的活动、讲座和集会。Organize assemblies, workshops, and programs that integrate character education with academic development.加强与家长沟通，建立家校合作，共同支持学生成长与学习。Foster effective school–home communication to support student wellbeing and learning.处理学生冲突和人际关系问题，营造积极和谐的校园社区。Support conflict resolution and nurture a harmonious school community.任职要求 / Person Specification1.本科及以上学历，教育学、心理学、社会工作或相关专业背景。Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.2.丰富的学生关怀或寄宿管理经验，有国际或双语学校工作经验者优先。Solid experience in pastoral care and/or boarding management, preferably in an international or bilingual school.3.深刻理解青少年成长规律及其对学业成绩的影响。Strong understanding of adolescent development and its impact on learning outcomes.4.具备出色的人际沟通和领导能力，能够在德育与学术之间搭建有效桥梁。Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge pastoral care and academic development.5.善于跨部门协作，能与学术、寄宿和行政团队高效合作。Collaborative mindset, capable of working across academic, boarding, and administrative teams.6.中英文双语能力佳。Bilingual ability (Chinese & English) preferred.
