Main Responsibility:This job holder should proactively maintain customer relationship, pursue new projects, and collaborate internal and external resources to exceed customer expectation.1.Build up solid existing customer relationship and collect marketing and competitor status2.Collaborate global resources to better achieve customer requirements 3.Closely contact with customer and get the official RFQ from assigned customers4.Kick off Internal quotation process and prepare the quotation proposal5.Follow up the quotation and update it based on market situation6.Get the nomination after the quotation7.Conduct annual commercial negotiation, tracking the payment term8.Monitor the customer monthly demand and customer demand fluctuation9.Work out Business Planning for middle term and budget for next fiscal yearQualification:1.Bachelor’s degree and above in Engineering with major in Automotive or related2.At least 5 years' sales related experiences in Auto Industry3.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills4.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels5.A results-oriented team p**** with high sense of responsibility6.Self-motivated, can work under pressure7.Familiar with MS excel, ppt, word, outlook, etc.8.Frequent travel are required.
