Key Responsibilities: •Act as the main quality contact for key accounts, managing all quality-related communication and escalations.•Deeply understand the customer’s quality requirements, standards, and performance metrics.•Utilize robust root cause analysis methodologies to investigate issues and implement effective corrective and preventive ****s.•Lead customer complaint resolution processes and manage the process from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and effective response.•Review Quality agreement and provide change suggestions to Sales in contract with customers.•Coordinate and support customer audits, assessments and quality reviews.•Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Production, SC, Sales) to ensure customer requirements are met and drive internal quality improvements.•Conduct regular internal and external quality reviews to performance data and align on improvements ****s.•Proactively build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts.Profile:•Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical Automation or related fields. •Minimum 3 years of experience in customer quality management for key accounts in the manufacturing industry.•Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP)•Familiarity with quality management system and standard (e.g., ISO9001)•Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling for products•Proficient in common testing methods and testing equipment used in industrial product quality assurance.•Skilled in using MS Office applications, for data analysis and reporting.•High level of self-motivation and ownership, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.•Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.•Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills•Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset•Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
