Your role and responsibilitiesYou will be mainly accountable for:Responsible for the electromagnetic design, analysis and simulation of asynchronous motors , permanent magnet motors, or reluctance motor.Participate in development projects and product maintenance as an electrical engineer. Analyze and solve problems in project implementation, and conduct experience exchange summary.Provide technical support to the local Production Unit.Cooperate with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting. Qualifications for the roleBachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or related majors, and more than three years of electrical electromagnetic design and process experience.Familiar with motor electromagnetic design and electromagnetic field theory, proficient in asynchronous motor or permanent magnet motor design.Good level of written and spoken English skills.Good team communication and cooperation skills.Able to work actively and effectively, self-starter and hardworking.More about usThe IEC Low Voltage Division is a technology leader delivering a full range of energy-efficient low voltage motors, including ultra-efficient solutions such as IE5 SynRM (synchronous reluctance motors).
