Your core focus will be defining and driving performance strategy, ensuring our game meets internal and market expectations. You will be based in Shanghai and Report to the Director of Product on this game team.- ****ing & Market Insights: Continuously track market trends, target audience behavior, and competitor ****s. Translate findings into ****able insights to inform strategic decisions.- Design Partner: Translate Scopely’s high-level ****works and strategies into detailed, ****able designs. Collaborate closely with development-side designers to ensure alignment and execution.KPI Ownership: Define, refine, and align key performance indicators (KPIs) at each development stage to support clear go/no-go decisions and long-term conviction.- Cross-Functional Alignment: Communicate KPIs and insights effectively across disciplines. Ensure alignment among product, design, marketing, finance, and executive stakeholders.- LiveOps Preparation: Leverage Scopely’s strengths in LiveOps by developing and adapting scalable systems tailored to the game. Establish robust pre-launch plans to support a strong and sustainable live phase.What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications- 8+ years of experience being a product manager or game designer- Proven track record of taking at least one game from pitch to launch- Experience working across both Chinese and Western game development cultures- Strong quantitative skills and comfort building performance models in Excel/Google Sheets- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities- Bilingual fluency in reading, writing, and listeningPreferred Qualifications- End-to-end product ownership experience from development through LiveOps- Comfortable operating in both English and Chinese in professional settings- Passion for data-informed decision-making and strategic thinking- 1+ year of leadership experience, with or without direct reports. - 5 years of product management experience. - 5 years of analytics and products' insights experience.- 7 years of free-to-play game development experience.
