一、任职资格：1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years working experience in this position本科以上学历，10年以上本岗位工作经验；2.Automation equipment or corresponding client work experience, familiar with the production/acceptance process of non-standard machines自动化设备或对应客户端工作经验，熟悉非标机器的制作／验收流程；3.Management experience with major customer (Apple/Huawei, etc.)有大客户管理经验（苹果／华为等）的经验；4.Respond to foreign customers independently, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing能独立应对国外客户，英文听、说、读、写流利；5.Keen market sense, good customer relationship maintenance and development capabilities敏锐的市场嗅觉，良好客户关系维护和开发能力6.Strong technical analysis ability, negotiation ability, interpersonal communication, coordination ability, planning and execution ability, meticulous work, rigorous, and strong sense of responsibility.具有较强的技术分析能力、谈判能力、人际沟通、协调能力、计划与执行能力，工作细致、严谨，有较强的责任心。二、主要职责：1.Responsible for the management and work results of the PM Dept. 全面负责项目管理部的管理，对项目管理部工作结果负责；2.Supervise and ****uate the work results of each program managers对各项目经理的工作进行检查、监督和考核；3.Task assignment and staffing of each program team as needed根据需要对各项目团队进行任务分配和人员调配；4.Push & assist the PM team to promote important projects in time协助项目团队推进重要项目，确保重要项目顺利完成；5.Monitoring the important projects, organize and resolve the problems in time了解并关注重要项目中的问题，及时组织解决和处理；6.Manage the risk assessment of the project previously, assess human technical capabilities, and control project progress做好前期项目风险评估，人力技术能力评估，项目整体进度把控；7.Coordinate and resolve conflicts between the PM Dept. and other departments during the work协调并解决项目管理部与其他部门在工作过程中出现的冲突；8.Visits regularly and keep good relationship with main customers定期对重要客户进行回访、做好关系维护工作。
