1、机械设计与制造、机电一体化等专业全日制大学本科及以上学历。2、2年以上机械设计经验，熟悉设计流程，动手能力强，能独立完成结构和钣金设计。3、熟练使用制图设计软件。4、有良好责任心，有较强分析问题解决问题的能力，良好沟通及语言表达能力，能承受一定的工作压力。5、具有配套件选型，BOM等技术文件输出能力。6、有制冷设备行业设计经验者优先.7、工作认真细致、态度积极、责任心强；具有团队合作能力。
