半导体光掩模解决方案事业部——半导体服务/设备工程师Position Summary / 职位概况The Service Engineer is responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting on tools of Semiconductor Mask Solutions (SMS) and support Mask shop customers in China/ Greater China.The Service Engineer will aim to serve the customer and improve customer satisf****, build up his/her own technical knowledge through official training, as well as self-learning. He / she is expected to be a role-model and drive a performance and customer-oriented culture within Carl Zeiss SMS organization.Main Tasks / 主要任务1. Perform technical field service activitieso Installation and commissioning of equipmento Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenanceo Escalation to HQ for supporto User training / customer trainingo Providing sales support when neededo All necessary reporting as per company policy2. Ensure customer satisf**** and efficient service support3. Provide customer service / support with issue resolution ensure open service issues are closed out in a timely manner4. Provision of demo products maintenance to ensure excellent product performance in all demonstrations5. Participation in service training (both internal and external trainings)6. Report to Service supervisor / factory on product issues experienced such as standards of production, quality and safety of the product range7. Liaison work involving spare parts ordering, shipment, installation and after sales service which interact between sales admin, logistics, customers and application specialists etc.8. Provision of follow-up support to customers after equipment installation to ensure a smooth completion of the contract9. Provision of technical sales assistance in product configuration ****ion inclusive of software and hardware recommendationsRequirements / 要求Education / 教育背景1. Bachelor degree and above, majored in Engineering of Electrical, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, or Optics related field. Experience /经验2. 2-8 years experience in Semiconductor equipment field service 3. Prior experience in automation controlling or optics would be a plus 4.
