Good team management skills良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，较强的沟通和抗压能力.良好的团队管理能力· Very good English skills in speaking and writing.流利的英语听说读写能力Duties and Responsibilities工作职责:· Responsible for IE standardization system construction: including standard production capacity,standard working hours, standard manpower measurement system development.负责IE标准化体系建设：包括标准产能，标准工时，标准人力测算体系制定.· Responsible for the improvement of production line, promote the elimination of waste throughIE techniques, save costs and improve efficiency.负责生产现场的改善，通过IE手法推动浪费的排除,节约成本，提升效率.· Responsible for plant productivity improvement and production line balance control.负责工厂生产力的提升与生产线的平衡控制.· Responsible for production line cost, capacity accounting, analysis, and improvement.负责生产线成本，产能的核算，分析及改善.· Responsible for workshop production layout, establish standard working hours of manpowerand equipment, optimize resource al****, including production process、operation flow andlogistics, and improve efficiency.· 负责车间生产布局，制定人力和设备的标准工时，优化资源配置，包括生产工艺、作业流程，物流，提升效率.· Responsible for planning the implementation of lean improvement activities of the company,establishing a comprehensive production and maintenance TPM system.负责策划公司精益改善活动的开展，建立全面生产维护体系.· Other tasks assigned by supervisor.上级主管安排的其它工作.
