Key Responsibilities岗位职责: 1. Organize Supplier Quality System Audit and drive the corrective ****s accordingly.2. Establish regular Supplier Quality Process Audit after mass production to ensure a sustainable product quality.3. Monitoring Supplier Quality Performance and push supplier to continuously improve the quality maturity. 4. Monitoring Customer returns with suppliers and organize co-investigation for hot issues from issue to resolution. 5. Share basic quality training to suppliers to continuously improve supplier quality competence(FMEA/QCP/8D…). 6. Participate in new product development project as quality representative and leading Quality Gate review with project team. Position Requirements任职要求: 1. College degree and above, and major of electric, electrical, mechanical, automation. 2. 3-5 years working experience in quality management, good knowledge at quality management tools: APQP/FMEA/CP/8D/VDA6.3/6 Sigma. 3. Familiar with raw material and sub assembly processes quality control points regarding to Low Voltage products, OEM supplier quality management, quality management system(ISO9001/IATF 16949). 4. Good communication skill and project management skill 5. English can be as working language.
