职位描述
Key responsibilities: 1. In conjunction with managers ensure the organization structure can support the business development and well understood and supported by Market Area employees and other business partners. 2. To provide assistance and advice to line managers on all matters relating to recruitment in Market Area to attract and retain appropriately experienced and qualified employees. 3. To support the implementation of company training and development policies in respected regions within Market Area to ensure that all employees are competent to carry out their duties. 4. To ensure systems for communication are used to their best effect to support business ****ives in respected regions with Market Area. 5. Give input on the evolution and implementation of HR management systems. 6. Be clear about company C&B policy, support the implementation of company C&B policies in Market Area and can be sure that all employees understand and follow those policies. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree and above, majored in HR management is preferred. 2. Must have more than 2 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing HRBP role, strong sense of business partnership. 3. Be familiar with local labor law, good communication/interpersonal skills, good at problem solving.4. Good English &Chinese skills.5. Can travel intensively in China.
