Job Title: Senior Product ManagerReport to: Product&Business Development ManagerDirect reports: NA职位:高级产品经理汇报对象:产品与业务开发团队经理下属:无MissionDrive sales and market development of assigned product lines, to explore for new segments and expend exist market with assigned product solution, provide pre-sales supporting as technical expertise to maximize the sales opportunity.您的任务是推动指定产品线的销售和市场开发,通过指定的产品解决方案探索新的细分市场和扩大现有市场,提供售前技术支持以最大限度地提高销售机会。Major ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:•Be responsible for the financial targets for the assigned product lines•Drive and lead new product launch on time•Drive the sales team to recommend and sell ecosystem solutions at every stage of the sales process•To secure successful product and eco-system solution life-cycle management, create high quality solution-based marketing materials.•Implement product marketing strategy through collaborating with Business Lines, ICA and other stakeholders.•Business partner and developer with sales team of assigned segments or Key account.•Summarize the success stories, and design the product & application training to develop sales competence•Utilize all resources to promote brand awareness during marketing activities•Find the market trends, and make rapid **** to follow and lead the trends•Drive sales and market development through campaign, market analysis, sales opportunity identification, solution sharing & case study, and etc.•Working closely with project team to meet customer’s needs•Support marketing activities regarding assigned product lines, such as new product launch, exhibitions, road show, technical materials and etc.•Be a center of product and segments solution, and as the primary contact for technical support, problem solving, product training•Interface with production center regarding topics of new product, quality, technology, new customer requirement and etc•Possess the technical capability for overall solutions任务职责包括但不限于:•负责指定产品线的财务目标•驱动并主导新产品的及时发布•在销售流程的各个环节中,驱动销售团队完成生态系统解决方案的推荐和销售•确保成功的产品和生态系统解决方案生命周期管理,市场材料•通过与各事业线、ICA和其他相关部门合作,实施产品营销策略。•与指定细分市场或者大客户的销售团队进行业务合作和开发•总结成功案例,设计产品及应用培训,培养销售能力•利用所有资源在市场活动中提升品牌知名度•发现市场趋势,并迅速采取行动,紧跟趋势•通过营销活动、市场分析、销售机会识别、解决方案分享和案例研究等推动销售和市场发展•与项目团队紧密合作,满足客户需求•支持指定产品线的市场活动,如新产品发布、展览、路演、技术资料等•成为产品和细分市场解决方案的中心,并作为技术支持、问题解决、产品培训的主要联系人•与生产中心就新产品、质量、技术、新客户需求等进行沟通•具备整体解决方案的技术能力Education & Experience•University degree or above with engineering ****•Minimum 5 years of technical support in related industrial product•Industrial marketing experience is a plusKnowledge & Skills•Mechanical and electrical knowledge•PC skill is a must•Industrial assembly experience is a plus•Presentation skill•Analysis skill•Demonstration skill•Summarizing skill•Divergent thinking•Good plan and execution•Good English skill both in oral and writtenPersonality & Behavior Traits•Good communication skill•Proactive•Planning & organizing•Self-learning•Influencing others•Problem solving•Customer oriented教育和经验要求:•大学本科及以上学历,工程专业背景•至少5年相关工业产品的技术支持经验•有行业营销经验者优先知识技能:•机械和电气知识•必须具备计算机技能•有工业装配经验者优先•演讲能力•分析能力•演示能力•总结能力•发散性思维•良好的计划和执行力•良好的英语口语和书面表达能力性格和行为特质:•良好的沟通能力•工作态度积极•计划、组织能力•自我学习能力•有影响力•问题解决能力•以客户为导向
