Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限1. Plant- and cross-product monitoring and support of achieving all quality requirements of the customer 通过工厂以及跨产品的监督和支持来实现客户的质量需求2. Coordination and Observance of all valid quality standards during the offer-, sample- and ramp-up phase 协调和研究在报价-样件-产能爬坡期间的质量标准3. Lead of quality planning of customer project development 主导客户项目中项目开发质量计划Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责1. Customer`s quality/ 客户质量 - Customer’s quality single point of contact during project phase 项目阶段的客户质量的单一联系窗口 1)during the ""product development process"" (already in the aquision phase - APQP) 产品开发过程(即APQP) 2)for cross-plant quality issues 跨工厂之间的质量问题 3)for topics with customer’s particular focus during pre-series- and ramp up-phase 样件阶段到爬坡过程中客户提出的特别需求 - Lead of quality planning (APQP) in customer project 主导客户项目中项目开发质量计划(APQP) - Responsible for coordination of preparing and handling of customer audit / visit activities 负责协调客户审核/客户拜访活动2. Customer´s approvals/ 客户批准 - Support the TK-Bilstein plants for customer approvals 为 tk-Bilstein的客户批准提供支持 - Prepare the required documentation of Internal PPAP or EMPB 准备内部PPAP或EMPB所需材料 - Communicate with customer for customer release (PPAP or EMPB) 针对顾客批准(PPAP或EMPB)与顾客进行沟通 - Reporting and documentation. 报告和记录3. Customer complaint management in project phase/ 项目样件阶段的顾客抱怨管理 - Analyzing customer returned products (0-Km) 顾客零公里退货的分析 - Initiating short-term ****s if necessary to securing the customer 如有必要启动短期措施以确保顾客的安全 - Coordinating and validating the corrective and preventive ****s in case of customer complaint 协调和确认针对顾客抱怨所采取的纠正和预防措施 - Communicating with customer for problem solving 与顾客就问题的解决进行沟通 - Reporting and documentation 报告和记录4. Others/ 其它 - Planning and conducting of internal product and requalification test 策划并实施内部产品审核及型式试验 - Temporary tasks which delegated by the direct supervisor 直接主管委派的临时任务
