岗位职责：1、订单跟踪与管理：负责海外客户订单的全流程跟进，包括合同翻译、生产跟进、物流跟进、报关出口等环节；2、客户维护及市场信息整理：1）负责及时跟进区域已成交客户信息整理，维护客户档案，处理售后服务需求，备品备件采购需求等；2）根据销售反馈客户需求及市场动态，按规整理成文档并及时更新；3）负责处理销售工程师、售后工程师、展会需求等签证需求；3、单证与合规操作：制作外贸单证（如发票、装箱单、提单等），确保符合国际贸易规则和目的国要求。岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语、光电/机械类相关专业优先；2、2年以上外贸跟单或相关经验，有机械设备/光电仪器行业背景者更佳；3、熟悉国际贸易流程（报关、外汇规定等）；4、英语CET-6及以上，可熟练处理英文文书，熟练使用Office等办公软件。
