As a consultant in SAP BI team you will engage in both long-term supplies and shorter projects where SAP BPC solutions implemented, developed and maintained.

Customer-oriented tasks
You get deep insights into how BPC solutions create business value with customers.
You have the desire and the extroverted personality to provide the best possible service and advice to some of the largest and most demanding customers in Europe. You take responsibility and take the lead in ensuring customer success through your knowledge and experience. You see the excitement in building a good working relationship with customers and understand that your knowledge, professionalism and commitment, not least are your main tools for this task.

Your Business offers many different tasks in all phases of the solution lifecycle advice, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. When you want to work close to the business it is important that you are able to build the bridge between technology and users business needs.

You often work with colleagues and customers in various geographical areas. This places great demands on your flexibility, oversight and professionalism.

You are an outgoing person, and you communicate easily with customers and colleagues at all levels. You are able to work with both technical specialists and managers, and you can communicate, understand and solve complex technical and business issues.

The specific tasks may include:
1. Incident and Service request management
2. OM compliance
3. Investigation and analysis skills
4. Find root cause, escalation of paths (report towards data and extr)

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Your skills and experience

1 Experience in the design and implementation of SAP BPC, covering the full project cycle.
2 Experience with SAP BPC 10.0/10.1, familiar with template design, BPF, authority management, can understand Logic well.
3 Excellent read and written skills in English, preferably verbal also excellent
4 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, familiar with VBA will prefer.
5 Preferably experience with SAP BW Netweaver
