岗位职责:
1、公司提供优质客户资源，通过电话及面访向学员推荐国际财经课程及解决方案，完成公司既定的销售指标。（无需开发客户，无需外出）
The company will provide high-quality customer resources, through the phone and interview to recommend the international top financial courses and solutions for the students, and complete the companys established sales targets.
2、保持与顾客学员的良好沟通与联系，协助项目负责人做好各部门的沟通
keep good communication with the students and contact, assist the project leader to have a good communication with the Department.

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历，1年以上教育培训行业经验者优先；
College degree or above, more than 1 years of education and training industry experience is preferred
2、热情开朗，积极主动，具备专业的销售技巧和良好的创造能力；
Warm and cheerful, proactive, with professional sales skills and good ability to create
3、优秀的沟通表达能力，普通话标准，亲和力强；
Excellent communication skills, standard Mandarin, strong affinity
4、工作勤奋，心态乐观，抗压力强，具有良好的学习能力和应变能力；
Hard-working, optimistic attitude, strong resistance to stress, with good learning ability and adaptability
5、有强烈的客户服务意识及团队合作能力；

薪资提成：
Salary commission:
无责任底薪+季度奖金+高额无上限销售提成
Basic salary + quarterly bonus + High Commission without limit
2016年度员工月薪平均1W-1.5W， 80%员工月薪过万！
2016 annual staff average salary is 1W-1.5W, 80% employees a monthly salary of over ten thousand!
